These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ConnecXit platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ConnecXit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Service Description

ConnecXit is an event planning marketplace that connects event planners with vendors. We facilitate discovery, communication, and booking between parties but are not a party to the agreements between planners and vendors. ConnecXit does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vendor services.

4. Payment Terms

Payments processed through ConnecXit are subject to our payment processing terms. We charge a service fee on transactions completed through the platform. All fees are displayed before you confirm a booking. Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes on their services.

Refunds and disputes are handled in accordance with our refund policy. ConnecXit may hold funds in escrow until services have been confirmed as delivered.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Cancellation of individual bookings is subject to the cancellation policy set by each vendor. ConnecXit is not responsible for any fees or penalties resulting from cancellations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnecXit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ConnecXit in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of ConnecXit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
