Why we built it

Most of an event planner's day is not spent designing events. It is spent searching for vendors, waiting on callbacks, rebuilding the same proposal in a new document, and reconciling who has been paid. That work is necessary, repetitive, and a poor use of someone hired for their judgement and taste.

What the platform does

ConnecXit puts an AI assistant alongside a real vendor marketplace, so the search and the booking live in the same place. From one conversation you can:

• —Find and rank vendors by fit for your event, budget and date
• —Generate a task list and timeline for the whole event
• —Produce a client-ready proposal and share it by private link
• —Have the AI phone vendors to confirm availability and collect quotes
• —Collect deposits and final payments, with vendor payouts handled

For vendors

The other half of the marketplace is the vendors. A basic listing is free and always will be. Paid visibility tiers are free for vendors who join during launch, and payments run through Stripe Connect so money reaches you directly rather than sitting with us.

Where we are today

ConnecXit is newly launched. The planning assistant, vendor discovery, proposals, client portal, voice outreach and payments are all live — and the marketplace is growing as vendors join. If something you need is missing, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
