Do couples need a ConnecXit account?
No. The client portal is a private tokenised link. Couples open it, read the proposal, approve it and pay — with no sign-up and no password.
Can I use my own vendors rather than the marketplace?
Yes. Marketplace discovery is there when you want a new option, but you can add vendors you already work with and run the whole booking and payment flow through them.
What does it cost to start?
The free plan covers one active event with AI messages, a vendor discovery and a proposal — no credit card. Paid plans start at $20 a month when you need more events at once.
Does it handle payments to vendors?
Payments run through Stripe, including escrow on client funds and direct payouts to vendors via Stripe Connect, so you are not moving money through your own account.
